Agricampeggio Toscana mare
Ixtlan agricamping is a small family-run agricamping, located in the Tuscan Maremma, in a panoramic position, 400 metres from the medieval village of Tatti, and half an hour from the most beautiful beaches in Maremma.
It is built on the property of the Ixtlan farming company (around two hectares) including circa 80 olive trees several fruit trees, an organic garden, and a saffron plot.
You may rent one of our 2 Yurts, or one of our 2 Bell tents, or bring your own tent and mount it in the pitches under the tree shade. Motor homes are not accepted.
Yurts
Two yurts are available
- We have two yurts: one can accommodate up to 7 people, and the other up to 5 people;
- each yurt is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, two single beds, a wood stove and two armchairs;
- linen is included: you will find blankets, sheets and towels;
- la biancheria è inclusa, troverai: coperte, lenzuola e asciugamani;
- each yurt has lots of private outdoor space, equipped for your relax;
- in the mid season, they are heated with a wood stove;
- our yurts are hand-made, they are not imported.
There is a 10% discount for stays over seven days.
Bell tent
Two Bell tents are available
- each bell tent can host up to two adults, or two adults and two kids;
- each one is furnished with a king-size mattress. It is possible to add one or two airbeds;
- as an alternative, you may ask for three single mattressess;
- In each bell tent you will find linen and towels;
- Each bell tent has its own outdoor private space, furnished for your relax.
There is a 10% discount for stays over seven days.
There is a 10-Euro discountif you bring your own linen.
Pitches
Available to mount your own tent
- maximum tent measures: 5×3 m;
- In the tree shade, and in secluded spaces.

Kitchen
If you want to prepare your own meals, you may use our shared covered space, equipped with a kitchen and a large table with benches.
This space is a pleasant meeting place for the guests of the agricamping (maximum 15 people in the high season).

Yoga Lessons
To relax even more, regenerating your body and your mind, during your stay you may book a yoga lesson with Valeria. In addition to managing the agricamping with Guido, since 1999 she has been teaching yoga, following the Viniyoga approach created by T. Krishnamacharya and his son T.K.V. Desikachar.
Lessons can be for individuals or groups, in Italian, French, or English.
- Morning lessons (tentatively between 8 and 9.30AM) should be booked the day before
- Evening lessons (tentatively between 6 and 7.30PM) may be booked on the same day

Suitable for Families with kids and pets
The agricamping is recommended for families with kids, away from confusion, for those who love living outdoors. Pets are welcome if they do not disturb other campers.
