At 400 m from the Medieval village of Tatti and 35 minutes from the unforgetable beaches of Maremma.

Our agricamping site lies on a hill, along one of the most evocative areas of the Maremma on the coast of Tuscany. We are surrounded by woods and enjoy a view that extends to the sea: on a clear day you can even see the Giglio islan and Corsica.

Ixtlan: agricamping in the Maremma

Due to road conditions the agricamping cannot be reached with vehicles and is to be reached on foot. Vehicles can be parked in the little village of Tatti (only 400 m). Courtesy luggage transport service is available upon arrival and departure.

Born from our love for the outdoors, Ixtlan is a family-run agricamping, design to keep you far away from the crowds and for maximum 15 guests. It is ideal for families with children and anyone who loves to fully experience Nature.

Pitches in the shade of the trees

You can bring your own tent and set it up at one of the pitches in the shade of the trees. Rental options are also available for you to choose from: Bell Tents (for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children) or the Yurt (for 4 people + 2) entirely constructed on-site from high quality Italian material a wood-burning stove for heating. Caravans are not allowed.

Open air kitchen

Available on site are the open air kitchen and a well-equipped  common area. The guests of the agricamping can cook and eat with comfort and a relaxing view.

Simple and tasty foods

If you want to taste our specialities, we offer you simple and tasty foods, prepared only with quality products. You can choose between a simple or full breakfast.

Occasionally we organize dinners based on typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition or we turn on the wood oven and prepare pizzas based on ancient wheat flours and quality ingredients. Both vegetarian and vegan requirements can be satisfied.

Our products

You can also find the natural grown products from our farm, including olive trees, fruit trees, an organic vegetable garden and a saffron plot.

Events

The agricamping provides a peaceful area designed to host events dedicated to various types of arts (astrology, dance therapy, painting) and disciplines (yoga, gong, herbal medicine).

Individual or group yoga lessons can be booked.
